VENUE: HERITAGE FOODS LTD Corporate Office 6-3-541/C ll Punjagutta Hyderabad - 500082 Web: www.heritagefoods.in Contact Number : Devi - 7075939891 JOB SUMMARY Responsible to recruit the right talent at the right time while adhering to the timelines by recognizing the skills and competencies required for the position in coordination with respective Functional Heads/Zonal Heads/Regional Heads etc.,. KEY RESULT AREAS: Resource Planning Identifying the right channel to sources for appropriate candidate Screening and shortlisting the profiles and scheduling the interviews Responsible to motivate the selected candidates Responsible to take care of new employee Joining Formalities Responsible for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees. Responsible to maintain function wise sanctioned and available manpower data. Responsible to identify the new placement consultancy with low service cost and to ensure the renewal and payments of the existing consultancies. Handling Grievances in coordination with higher ups. 1. Resource Planning a) Responsible to ensure the manpower in line with the sanctioned strength. b) Prioritizing the vacancies, sourcing and filling the same within the timelines c) Ensure to have complete operational knowledge of various functions. 2. Identifying the right channel sources for appropriate candidate. a) Responsible to identify the viable sources to recruit a right candidate at the right time while adhering to the cost control measures. 3. Screening and shortlisting the profiles and scheduling the interviews. a) Responsible to screen and shortlist the profiles in line with the requirement. b) Responsible to schedule the interviews to the shortlisted candidates in close coordination with the respective Functional Heads/Zonal Heads/Regional Heads. c) Responsible to make necessary arrangement for walk in interviews. 4. Responsible to motivate the selected candidates a) Responsible to motivate the selected candidate by explaining the policies, procedures and benefits in HFL. b) Responsible to handle the queries of the candidates. 5. Responsible to take care of new employee Joining Formalities a) Responsible to receive the new joinee and complete the joining formalities. b) Responsible to verify and collect all the relevant documents of the new joinee, like educational certificates, appointment letter, payslips, relieving letter from the previous employer, experience certificate and also get it filled the PF declarations, ESI declarations and GMA forms etc., c) Responsible to arrange the sim cards, visiting cards, HFL policies etc., in line with the eligibility of the employee and maintain the data for the same 6. Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees. a) Responsible to schedule the induction and orientation to the new joinee. b) Identify the mentor to the new joinee and ensure the receipt of the mentor reports in line with the schedule. c) Responsible to identify the training needs in coordination with the user department of the employee and make necessary training schedule for the same. 7. Responsible to maintain the manpower data. a) Responsible to maintain the complete manpower data Location, region, zone and function wise sanctioned strength Vs actual strength. Month wise Attrition data. Month wise joining details etc., 8. Responsible to identify the new placement consultancy and to ensure the renewal and payments of the consultancies within the time frame. a) Responsible to identify the new placement consultancy while initiating the cost control measures. b) Responsible to ensure the renewal of the existing consultancy agreements within schedule. c) Ensure the payment if any, to the consultancy in line with the scheduled time 9. Handling Grievances in coordination with higher ups. a) Responsible to handle the grievances or disputes and redress from time to time in coordination with superiors. b) Ensure the harmonious relations with the prospective candidates.
